Synopsis of All sides of the bed
After decades without seeing each other, Javier (Ernesto Alterio) and Carlota (Pilar Castro) are furious when they discover that their children Óscar (Jan Buxaderas) and Julia (Lucía Caraballo) are planning to get married. Who at their age has a heteronormative and exclusive relationship in 2025 with everything they have left to experience? Have they not been taught anything as parents?
Nor Paula (Natalia Verbeke), Oscar's mother; nor Rafa (Alberto San Juan), who has become a guru against toxic relationships; nor Pilar (María Esteve), wedding planner; nor his friend Carlos (Secun de la Rosa), are of great help to Javier and Carlota in their firm intention to prevent the wedding.
And although Julia and Óscar belong to a generation in which love, sex and relationships are freer and more respectful than those of their parents, Javier and Carlota's dastardly tricks turn everything upside down as the wedding date approaches. Because no matter how much they have all explored all sides of the bed, in love and sex the only certainty is that no one knows anything.
