Francisco Castillo assumes the Corporate Management of RTVA

After completing the selection process through a public competition that began last July, Radio and Television of Andalusia (RTVA) appoints Francisco Castillo as new Corporate Director. For her part, Diana García will be the head of Networks and Systems.

Francisco Castillo Barrera He has a degree in Law, a Higher Technician in occupational risk prevention and an expert in team management and work organization from the University of Seville; Master in Human Resources from the CEA and Executive MBA from the School of Industrial Organization. In his professional career, he has worked in private companies and public administration and has worked as deputy director of HR at the international cement company Cimpor and as director of Andalusia at Mavi Formación, among other private companies. In the Administration of the Government of Andalusia he has been deputy director of Human Resources of the Progreso y Salud Public Foundation; and head of Human Resources at the Housing and Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia. Since March 2023, he has been the Director of Organization, HR and General Services at RTVA and Canal Sur.

Diana Garcia Osuna She is a Telecommunications Engineer at the University of Seville, completing her fifth year at the Technische Universitat Dresden (Germany). During his career he has held various responsibilities in the field of computing and telecommunications in the private and public sectors. In this way she held the position of network engineer at Vodafone Spain; in Sandetel's project management unit; project manager at ATOS It Solutions and Service Iberia. From 2021 to 2023 she held positions of special responsibility in the network and telecommunications exploitation service of the Digital Agency of Andalusia and was currently assigned as an interim official in the IT and telecommunications service of the Transparency and Data Protection Council of Andalusia.
