EITB will host Input 2025, a global event for media creators
From May 3 to 7, EITB will host more than 300 professionals from public broadcasters from around the world at its Bilbao headquarters, who will show their latest video and digital media productions within the framework of the international conference Input 2025.
After participating in the 2024 edition, held in Charleston (South Carolina, USA), EITB has stepped forward to organize the next edition of Input. Of the May 3 to 7, Bilbao will host this conference which aims to “debate and challenge the limits” of public television itself. As Basque television itself states, the event “is not a festival, market or contest”: the event eludes commercial interest to provide an “exhaustive and professional” analysis of recent productions with a vocation for public service.
Last May, at the conference held in the United States, Unai Iparragirre, director of ETB, presented the multi-award-winning EITB docuseries Porn Generation, selected for her public service work. In total, they showed 78 programs coming from public media 23 countries around the world.
The registration period for this event is now open through the Input web page.
