Arabsat to build its next OTT platform powered by Qvest
That's it y Arabsat have signed a memorandum of understanding in Fomex 2025 which will materialize in the launch of an OTT streaming platform that will allow the satellite operator to expand its direct-to-consumer services.
The alliance between both companies aims to transform Arabsat's digital media ecosystem through the integration of a scalable solution y multi-tenant that integrates personalization driven by IA, flexible monetization models y advanced content management. Additionally, Qvest will provide Arabsat with business and technology consulting, partnerships with local content providers and strategic guidance to enhance its digital media ecosystem.
Alhamedi Alanezi, President and CEO of Arabsat, underlines that "this partnership with Qvest furthers Arabsat's strategy to transform media distribution. By offering advanced and reliable OTT streaming capabilities alongside traditional satellite services, Arabsat helps broadcasters drive audience reach and engagement in a changing media landscape."
