Toboggan starts the construction of his hub in Villaverde

With the aim of contributing to the sector well thought out, functional and adapted to the real needs of current productions, Toboggan Group It begins the construction of its new audiovisual hub in Villaverde (Madrid).

The complex, in which more than 30 million euros is being invested, will have five new sets with 14 meters high (The highest in the Community of Madrid), designed to offer versatility and facilitate any type of production. With the construction of these new sets, Toboggan responds to the demand for specialized spaces and adapted to the execution of audiovisual projects, from large projects/formats to standard projects.

These facilities will offer unprecedented versatility for all types of productions in a total of 30.000 m², Distributed in different sets with boxes between 2,400m2, 1,500m2 and 1,200m2, with a height of 14m free to catwalk and all auxiliary spaces. In addition, Toboggan has designed spaces designed to accompany the producers in each phase of their projects including all the departments involved in the filming: direction offices, production offices, art stores, costume stores, loading spaces/discharge, parking, carpentry, makeup, costumes, dining rooms…

Toboggan has chosen a Strategic location Within the city with the aim of facilitating logistics, access to local talent and connection with other key urban services, such as universities, training centers or means of transport. This space is located in the district of Villaverde, to three closure stops of Atocha and direct metro lines (line 3 and line 12).

Villaverde's hub will be operational in August 2025 thus increasing the supply of infrastructure for the audiovisual sector in the Community of Madrid, while Toboggan continues to expand its network of production spaces. With this initiative, the company contributes to the impulse of the production of audiovisual content in our country, placing Spain as a Competitive destination and reinforcing the Madrid position on the map of audiovisual, cultural and media production.

In addition to this new construction, Toboggan has almost a decade offering audiovisual services with a wide range of sets, production centers, art stores, costumes and management and production offices, as well as Transport truck logistics, technical material, DIT material and sound cars, camera and entertainment camera equipment, mobile units and services of postproduction with assembly rooms and laboratory of color, sound and VFX (picnic). Recently, the company has opened a Virtual production set in the Community of Madrid which will serve to support all kinds of fiction and advertising productions.
