Digitoonz reinforces its cross-sector growth with Vrinda Sood as vice president

Digitoonz Media & Entertainment, an international animation studio based in India and present in the United States and Europe (Madrid), appoints Vrinda Sood as vice president.

In this new position, Sood will be responsible for promoting the studio growth, exploring new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and leading strategic alliances. Additionally, Sood will play a central role in the development of new lines of business and in creating collaborations between different sectors. His incorporation is part of Digitoonz's expansion plan, which seeks to strengthen its global presence and consolidate itself as a benchmark in animation, VFX and video games.

With more than a decade of experience in the world of animation and VFX, Sood brings a comprehensive vision that integrates creativity and business management. Throughout his career, he has worked in advertising, branded content, feature films and animated series for OTT platforms and television. Her deep knowledge of the international market and her leadership in innovation processes make her a key figure to lead the next stage of Digitoonz's growth.

Sood takes on this new role at Digitoonz while continuing to serve as CEO de Citrus Ink Studios, empresa que fundó y convirtió en empresa creativa de renombre internacional. In December 2024, Citrus Ink and Digitoonz formalized a strategic alliance to launch DGX, a joint venture dedicated to offering VFX, animation and gaming services, based on innovation and cutting-edge technology.

Sood has directed multiple award-winning projects throughout his career. His short film The Social Chameleon received international recognition with 57 official festival selections, including 17 Oscar qualifiers.
