Atresmedia and Proamagna shoot 'The Captain in Japan'

'The Captain in Japan', the second installment of the 'The Captain' saga, will follow the adventures of former soccer player Joaquín in the most emblematic cities and locations of the Asian country, throughout a road trip which is currently being filmed by Atresmedia in collaboration with Proamagna.

Throughout the new adventure, Joaquín Sánchez, together with Susana Saborido and her two daughters, change continents and embark on a new challenge, this time in Japan. They will visit, from north to south, the cities and the most emblematic places of Japanese culture and mystique.

The Sánchez Saborido family will fly from Seville to the Japanese capital to tour the country with a stop at your own Tokyo, from where they will continue on their way to Shibuya, el monte Fuji, Takayama, Nara, Kyoto, Osaka y Okinawa, among other ancient places in Japan. The format, still without a confirmed premiere date, will be seen on Antena 3.

The Captain in Japan, produced by Atresmedia in collaboration with Proamagna, is preceded by the audience's support for the first installment of the road trip. The Captain in America arrived last season as audience leader with an average of one 13.6% screen share, 1.1 million viewers and 2.6 million unique viewers.
