Deltatre buys Endeavor Streaming, strengthening its presence in digital and OTT services

Delta tree, an international provider of streaming, digital, data and graphics solutions for the sports, media and entertainment industries, closes a definitive agreement to acquire Endeavor Streaming de Endeavor Group Holding.

By bringing together these digital and OTT providers, Deltatre adds to its product suite (D3 Volt, Forge, Axis y Diva) that offers multifunctional digital experiences with integrated video Endeavor Streaming's pure OTT product, Vesper. They will also combine their services digital strategy, consulting and marketing direct-to-consumer growth.

The combined company will be better equipped to offer its sports, media and entertainment clients an engaging and comprehensive range of digital experiences, all within a centralized partnership with Deltatre, moving away from the complexity of tactical implementations of multiple service providers.

The joint client portfolio will include the likes of NFL, UFC, Sky, Rogers, NBA, WWE, MLB, BritBox, Bell Media, LIV Golf, ICC, World Rugby and UEFA, reflecting decades of experience in delivering digital and OTT services with proven quality, reliability and performance at scale.
