DLO Producciones shoots the third season of 'El Inmortal', an original Movistar Plus+ series
The third season of 'El Inmortal', original Movistar Plus+ produced by WATER, has begun filming on locations in Madrid, Santa Pola and Murcia.
The Immortal will debut in your third installment a new narrative approach: The entire plot will happen in five days, prompting a “more electric” approach with “much more tension from the start.” With three main plots that advance in parallel to finally intertwine, the new installment of the DLO production It promises to combine “brutal action, family drama and psychological thrillers” in six episodes that will premiere in 2026 on Movistar Plus+.
To Jose Manuel Lorenzo, creator and executive producer of the series, reaching the third season is “more than a dream.” DLO never thought about doing three seasons, but it has been the support of the public that has encouraged the production company and Movistar Plus+ itself to continue delving into the history of the Miamis. Of course, this time with a different approach: "This T3 is very different, since we start with all the characters outside the place where we left them and it promises to be very interesting, I hope it has the success of the previous two. I wanted to thank Movistar Plus+ again for the trust and, of course, the entire artistic and technical team that makes this symphony sound so good."
David Ulloa y Rafa Montesinos the management tasks of the new delivery of The Immortal, offering an experience in which "you will feel the bodies of the characters, their fatigue, their adrenaline, their physical and emotional exhaustion. A more condensed, more direct and more alive season." Together they will adapt the script David Moreno, Diego Sotelo and Raúl López Matesanz, who define the third season as “pure energy.”
Con Susana Herreras (Movistar Plus+) and Jose Manuel Lorenzo (DLO Producciones), the technical cast of the series is made up of names such as David Omedes (AEC) for photography; Uxua Castelló, to art; Sylvia Cabanas, to production management; Cristian Amores, to direct sound; Domi Parra, David Nieves and Mario Sierra, for editing; Manu Herrera, to the VFX; Óscar Abades, as head of SFX, and Adriana Velasco as post-production coordinator.
