Monicon: Palmer's new analog monitor controllers for precise control in the studio

With the new Monicon series, the subsidiary of Adam Hall, Palmer, presents the next generation of its popular monitor controllers, with a completely renewed design, available in four compact formats, with a clear focus on intuitive operation, unbeatable audio quality and fully analog signal processing.

The series is aimed at musicians, producers and sound engineers who want to control studio monitoring effectively and without digital conversion, both in home environments with limited space and in professional studios. The series, which is already on the market, consists of four models: Monicon S, Monicon M, Monicon L and Monicon XL.

Los models have been developed from scratch and offer a modern design with a high-quality feel, convenient features and fully analog, latency-free signal processing for an unadulterated sonic image. The new models are available in two versions with side panels of different colors (black and silver) to suit the client's taste and the style of their recording studio.

Analog monitoring, direct and clear

All Monicon models are based on a analog audio signal, no latency and no digital conversion. The redesigned and clearly structured user interface allows quick and intuitive operation to work with precision and efficiency, whether mixing in the studio, on production workstations or in the streaming and broadcast sectors.

Four models to cover all needs

• Monicon S is an ultra-compact passive volume controller with RCA connectors, large format volume regulator and mono button, ideal for small desktop or multimedia setups.
• Monicon M ofrece funciones adicionales, como botones dedicados de mono, atenuación y silencio, entradas y salidas versátiles (combo XLR / jack estéreo de 6,3 mm o minijack de 3,5 mm) y una carcasa más grande pensada para estudios de grabación en casa.
