The French manufacturer Focal Professional has just launched the new SM9 on the market with the aim of creating a new standard for recording and mastering studios.

The SM9 was born from a simple idea: to create the most transparent monitoring system ever built, with a frequency response of 30Hz to 40kHz and a maximum SPL of 116dB.

One of the biggest innovations of the SM9 is the fact that it provides 2 monitoring systems in one through the controls located on one of its sides. The 2-way monitor provides a frequency response ranging from 90 Hz to 20 kHz.
