RTVE Instituto and ALÍA sign an agreement to promote audiovisual training
Committed to the professionalization, innovation and visibility of audiovisuals in Spain, RTVE Institute and the ALÍA Association have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at promoting training within the framework of the Beam Project, the RTVE Institute training platform financed with the Next Generation EU Funds.
The signing of the agreement carried out within the framework of the San Sebastián Festival was carried out by the director of Corporate Services of RTVE, Eduardo Fernandez Palomares and the President of ALÍA, Roberto Sacristan. The advisor of RTVE was also present. Maria Solana.
Eduardo Fernández Palomares has highlighted as “essential” the association with ALÍA “for the dissemination and promotion of the training courses of the Haz Project, financed by funds from the European Union, and which are the spearhead of the technical specialization and training of RTVE Instituto, which makes the effort to promote these courses so that they can be used by the maximum possible population.”
Roberto Sacristán has pointed out that this agreement is going to be very useful for ALÍA, since "the Haz Project is updating a lot of information on all the technical courses in the audiovisual field. It is a great project that is good for everyone."
ALÍA, a non-profit association founded in 2020, brings together the main technical and service companies in the audiovisual sector in Spain. Among its partners are companies specialized in production, sets, sound, lighting, VFX, post-production and subtitling. Its objective is to give visibility to industry professionals, encourage cooperation between companies, promote internationalization and promote innovation, sustainability and specialized training.
With this agreement, RTVE Instituto and ALÍA join forces to facilitate access to quality technical training and contribute to the strengthening of this essential segment of the audiovisual industry. RTVE Instituto will make available to ALÍA and its associates access to 150-hour online courses of the Haz training program, through promotional codes, as well as graphic materials for dissemination.
Beam Project
The RTVE Institute's Haz Project offers specialized training in various areas: image, sound, audiovisual business, Artificial Intelligence or production and media, with a practical approach and permanent updating, tutored and with a focus on employability. With this collaboration, RTVE Instituto and ALÍA reinforce their commitment to the training, professionalization and visibility of the audiovisual sector in Spain.
The Haz Project's training offer has 100% online courses of 150 hours. This training, aimed at professionals and people interested in the audiovisual sector, is financed for European citizens with the Next Generation EU Funds. Students pay a security deposit in advance and, once the course has been completed, 100% of the amount is returned.
In addition, the courses are certified by RTVE Institute, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA). The Haz Project is an initiative financed by the European Union with the Next Generation EU Funds within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain.
