RTV Melilla launches a visual radio studio designed and integrated by Broad Service
Brainstorm, AEQ, Telos Alliance y AKG are among the technological providers of the latest generation visual radio studio that Broad Service has given to RTV Melilla, a project that not only renews the traditional radio infrastructure, but transforms it into a multiformat environment.
The new study, designed to be used in a generic and transversal way, allows the creation of content for radio, podcasts, streaming broadcasts and even television production. The environment is integrated with television area from RTV Melilla, which makes it a natural extension of the station's audiovisual environment. In this way, the synergy allows the study to be exploited as hybrid content production platform, capable of adapting to multiple formats and audiences: from a visual radio magazine, to an interview for social networks or the coverage of a live event.
Among its most notable elements is the incorporation of the system Edison PRO by Brainstorm. This virtual set and visual radio solution that combines automated multi-camera production, dynamic real-time graphics and immersive environments, ideal for both live broadcast and distribution on networks and digital platforms.
Sound control is in charge of the new AEQ digital console Capitol IP Plus, integrated with the automation system AudioPlus, also from AEQ. Interoperability is another pillar of the project: protocols such as NDI and Dante, together with the Telos telephone system VX Duo, allow efficient management of IP audio and video signals with low latency, offering a fully digital and scalable workflow. As for voice capture, this has been entrusted to microphones AKG P420.
