The 2025 Talent Awards recognize the excellence of those who make audiovisual great from behind the cameras

Pere Vila, Gema R. Neira, Esther González, Jorge Ventosa, Paloma Juanes, Lola Molina, Óscar Montesinos, Fernando Castelló, Idoia Bilbao, Juan de Dios Mellado, Ghaleb Jaber and Pilar Cerisuelo will receive the 2025 Talent Awards with which the Television Academy recognizes outstanding professionals who, behind the cameras, contribute decisively to the value of Spanish audiovisual production.

The winners in the 2025 edition of the Talent Awards are: Pere Vila (Doctor of Telecommunications Engineer and mentor in AI applications), Gema R. Neira (screenwriter and Development Director of Bambú Producciones), Esther Gonzalez (Casting Director of Shine Iberia), Jorge Ventosa (Production Director of 7 y Acción), Paloma Juanes (artist representative), Lola Molina (director of Antena de Atresmedia), Oscar Montesinos (director of photography), Fernando Castello (councillor), Idoia Bilbao (Head of Content for Castilla-La Mancha Media), Juan de Dios Mellado (General Director of RTVA), Ghaleb Jaber (founder and President of CTV) and Pilar Cerisuelo (executive producer of Unicorn Content).

These awards are proposed by academics and voted annually by the Board of Directors. To be eligible for this award, the candidate must have performed their professional work behind the cameras with brilliance and general recognition.
