Squirrel Media hires José Juan Domínguez as new Chief Marketing Officer
In order to strengthen its corporate structure and accelerate its growth strategy, the Board of Directors of Squirrel Media has approved the appointment of José Juan Domínguez as the group's new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Con más de veinte años de experiencia internacional en marketing, negocio y estrategia, Domínguez ha desarrollado su trayectoria en multinacionales de primer nivel global como Hitachi Cooling & Heating, donde fue Global Head of Marketing, Digital & Channels y miembro del comité de dirección global en Tokio, y Siemens Healthineers, donde ocupó la Dirección de Marketing y Comunicación para el Sur de Europa formando parte del equipo de dirección europeo.
He has master's degrees from the University of Minnesota, ESIC (GESCO) and ISDI (MiB), he has a diploma in Digital Marketing from MIT and the Senior Management Program (PADE) from IESE. He has worked on international strategy, marketing, and brand, channels and technology implementation projects with the main global consulting, brand and technology firms.
From his new responsibility, he will lead the group's global marketing and communication strategy, promoting the projection of the Squirrel group brand as a corporate platform, the integration of the different divisions and the generation of sustainable value for shareholders, customers and employees.
This appointment is part of the process of strengthening the executive structure of Squirrel Media, aimed at promoting its growth, both organic and inorganic, and at strengthening its position as one of the Spanish media, content and technology groups with the greatest dynamism and international projection.
Between 2020 and 2024, Squirrel multiplied its turnover by more than seven and its EBITDA by more than ten, consolidating itself in this period as one of the companies in the sector with the most solid and sustained growth in Spain.
