Ross Video contrata a Eric Gardner como Chief Services Officer

The until now vice president of NBC Sports, Eric Gardner, signs for Ross as Chief Services Officer (CSO) focusing on improving customer satisfaction and managing the operational success of the service organization.

The creation of the CSO role is in part the result of Ross Video's acquisitions and organic growth in the services space, including Spidercam, Ross Production Services and Rocket Surgery. As such, the role will also focus heavily on the profitable growth of these services.

Gardner comes to Ross from NBC Sports, where his most recent role was Vice President of Engineering. He graduated in Film from the University of Illinois in 2003.

Gardner has worked in the broadcasting industry for almost twenty years in various positions, such as Grass Valley, ESPN and Golf Channel, among others. Throughout his career, Gardner has worked on major global sporting events, studio operations and studio setups. His years of experience as a live production executive have given him a deep and unique understanding of the needs of broadcast clients.

Eric will work with the Ross Services team, accelerating their transition from traditional service models to a vertical market/solution model, ensuring each and every client receives appropriate service tailored specifically to the end-to-end solutions enabled by Ross.
