Canal Sur - Grupo ADM - Ania - An Andalusian Christmas

He ADM Group has created for Channel On 'Ania, an Andalusian Christmas', an original short film made 100% with Artificial Intelligence that was broadcast before the New Year's Eve bells on regional television.

In the words of Gustavo Fuentes, CEO of ADM and president of the Andalusian Audiovisual Cluster LAND, Ania, an Andalusian Christmas is committed to the deployment of “ethical, responsible and transparent” AI, both in creative processes and in the use of technology. The short film started from a premise that was as simple as it was suggestive: Ania, the most advanced Artificial Intelligence in the world, capable of solving any impossible calculation, faced for the first time a question for which there are no data or algorithms: What is Andalusian Christmas?

Set in a Christmas pomegranate and with a tone of family comedy, the story accompanied Ania on a journey full of emotional and fun situations, where she discovered that true knowledge is not always in databases, but in people, in coexistence and in that very particular way that Andalusia has of living these dates. The story claimed values such as closeness, shared joy and humanity, essential pillars of Andalusian Christmas, combining technology, humor and emotion.

Another of the great attractions of Ania, an Andalusian Christmas has been the participation of very recognizable faces from Canal Sur, who appeared playing themselves in different cameos. Among them, Modesto Barragán, Manu Sánchez, Paz Santana and Eva Ruiz stood out, accompanied by many other professionals from the network who joined in with surprise appearances.

These are the two versions of the short film, accompanied by their making of. À Punt has also recently launched generative AI in one of its Christmas contents..
