Malaga Festival - Atresmedia - Javier Bardají - Francisco de la Torre

He Malaga Festival will once again count as an official sponsor with Atresmedia, a media group that will bring films such as 'Every day a clever man is born', 'Journey to the country of the whites', 'All the colors' or 'The Benetón family +2' to the imminent edition of the Andalusian competition; the documentary 'Sidosa', and the fictions 'Entre Tierras T2' and 'La Nena'.

Atresmedia has renewed its collaboration agreement with the Malaga Festival, thus prolonging its career as official sponsor of one of the main events of Spanish cinema. This renewal aims to reaffirm the Group's firm and sustained commitment to the “audiovisual industry, national production and the promotion of creative talent.”

With this agreement, Atresmedia consolidates a relationship that began in 2000 and which has become one of the longest-running alliances on the Spanish cultural scene. Throughout this time, Both parties have shared a common vision: strengthening the presence of cinema in society, contribute to the dissemination of hundreds of productions and support the development of the audiovisual sector in all its dimensions. A collaboration that has been key to making visible new looks, consolidate trajectories and reinforce the role of Spanish cinema inside and outside our borders.

The Malaga Festival, organized by the Malaga City Council, will celebrate March 6 to 15, 2026 its 29th edition.
