Restoration Christian Fellowship trusts filmmaker Edward Gilbert to bring religious musical content to social networks with cinematic quality through the camera Blackmagic 12K boxes.

The Restoration Christian Fellowship was founded on February 21, 1999 by the late Dr. A.S. Felix and Kotane Gilbert. The first service took place at West Middle School in Aurora, Colorado, with 60 participants present. Now, 26 years later, the institution has developed an entire community center that brings together religious facilities to support local families.

Now, the institution seeks to go beyond the hand of Edward Gilbert, son of the founders of this institution who, after dedicating himself to professional filming of advertisements, decided to reconvert his passion to return to his origins: "I went from recording audiovisual advertisements to filming video clips for the church, who would have imagined it? The idea of ​​recording video clips arose in 2025, in order to take advantage of social networks to develop a deeper connection with our congregation and a younger age group, and our participation in these platforms has increased significantly in terms of their number and scope.”

It gives you beautiful images without having to retouch them, which is something you don't always get with cameras these days.”

To film the songs, Gilbert and his team opt for a format in 4:3, which is later adapted for vertical publication on social networks: “We chose this format with the intention of doing something that would be different from the relationship of 16:9 aspect traditional that is seen everywhere.” The post-production, which included editing, grading and mastering in different formats, was carried out with the post-production solution of Blackmagic Design: “DaVinci Resolve It was always an incredible grading tool, but once it progressed to a non-linear editing program I didn't hesitate to embrace it fully. It allows me to do everything from synchronization to multi-camera clip editing and color grading from the same program.”
