Koeppen tendrá su base en la oficina de la compañía en Londres y presidirá una unidad de negocio compuesta por 94 servicios de televisión y online distribuidos en 88 países, cuyos ingresos superan los mil millones de dólares e incluyen marcas líderes del entretenimiento en televisión como Fox, Fox Sports, FoxLife o National Geographic Channel y joint ventures como la suscrita con EMM (Eredivisie Media & Marketing) en los Países Bajos para la emisión de la Liga de Fútbol holandesa.
