新的 NDI|HX 3 标准，由是本身（的一部分维兹特集团），旨在为 NDI 用户提供更高的质量和更低的带宽。

NDI|HX 3 通过减少带宽实现低延迟传输，同时保持 NDI 用户所需的无损视觉标准。该标准的优化允许用户在任何环境中提供广播质量的视频，“无需升级其设备”。新标准可实现与标准类似的延迟。 NDI 高带宽 标准，但仅使用“一小部分带宽”。

此外，正如 Vizrt Group 指出的那样，整合 IS|HX3 现有制造商只需“很少的工程工作”即可立即开始利用其优势。软件如 NewTek TriCaster、Vizrt Vectar Plus 或者混合不需要任何升级即可支持 NDI|HX3。
