Ingesting, encoding and transcoding material should not be a problem in any format or platform. With this premise, Digital Rapids will attend IBC'09 with new versions of its main solutions.

Digital Rapids, whose systems have been chosen by IBC Tv for the encoding of content during the Amsterdam fair, will allow for the first time that the fair's television can be followed in live streaming over the web along with informative pieces on demand. The TouchStream solution in collaboration with Datmedia technology will make this live streaming possible.

During IBC'09 we will also be able to see its new MediaMesh media distribution system, built on a Digital Rapids C2 delivery network. This solution allows the contribution and distribution of content quickly, efficiently and automatically.

In terms of ingestion, encoding and transcoding, its StreamZ and StreamZ HD systems allow continuous ingestion and encoding, creating content in multiple formats simultaneously, both live and in on-demand applications. The latest generation will be on display in Amsterdam, seeing first-hand how these solutions bridge typical television operations, respective workflows and new distribution platforms. Among its latest developments, the expanded support for formats and other capabilities such as Closed Captioning and the insertion of advertising in the workflow stand out. The latest version of Digital Rapids Transcode Manager can also be seen at the brand's stand at IBC'09, now supporting integration with third-party analysis and quality control tools.
