Magnum Multimedia Contents, the new production company promoted by former directors of Cuarzo Tv, hires Javier Pereira for coordination, development and adaptation of new MCM content for both conventional TV and new media.
Magnum Multimedia Contents has hired Javier Pereira as head of the production company's new projects department. From his new position, Pereira will coordinate the creation, development and adaptation of new MCM content, both for conventional television and for new multimedia television formulas.
Javier Pereira, 33, is a prominent television creative. He comes from ONTV, where he held the position of head of the R&D department. He has created numerous television formats, such as Face Value, the 10,000 steps contest and Who killed J.C.?, nominated in 2008 for the international Rose D'Or awards.
Two of these latest creations, Face Value and 10,000 steps were recently presented at MIPCOM'09, where they aroused great interest from the chains. Specifically, Face Value, a contest based on video-questions sent by viewers themselves, was acquired in Cannes by the North American GSN, a world-renowned channel for this type of programs.
