'Iván's dream' (produced by Castafiore Films and the Mexican Cacerola Films); ‘Insensibles’ (Roxbury Pictures, Tobina Films, Les Films D’Antoine and Fado Filmes); 'History of a Cimarrón' (Creativos Promotores, ICAIC) and 'La mujer del siempreuta' (Frida Films and Uótica Cine), are some of the selected projects.

Seven co-production projects with the participation of Spanish or Portuguese companies have been selected as part of the second call of 2010 of the Ibermedia program. Since its creation in 1997, the objective of this fund is to promote collaboration between the cinematographies of Ibero-American countries, Spain and Portugal.

Among them, four have been presented by Spanish companies –Ivan's dream, by Castafiore Films together with the Mexican Cacerola Films; Insensitive, by Roxbury Pictures with the French Tobina Films and Les Films D'Antoine and the Portuguese Fado Filmes; Story of a maroon, by Creativos Promotores with the Cuban ICAIC, and The Eternaluta's Wife, by Frida Films with the Argentine company Utopia Cine – and one by Portuguese companies –Aurora, by The Sound and the Furia–. In addition, two others have been developed by companies from other countries but will have the support of Spanish production companies, as is the case of Avalon Producciones in Colombia. Bunker, or Fractal Communication in the Mexican The dead hours.

Compared to previous calls, the total number of projects selected in the co-production line, 27, is considerably lower (in the last two batches, the number had been 48 and 41 respectively). What has not changed has been the variety of aid provided, which, apart from co-production, extends to development, distribution, international sales, training and exhibition.

Of the 31 projects that have received aid in the development modality, six come from Spain: Loving in Madrid, by Dama Filmes; family sins, by Angel Durández; A letter for Evita, by Copia Cero; beach day, by Marta Palacios; Pixi Post, from Somuga, and Alma, by Oberon Cinematographic.
