Sony HDC cameras in TVE's second high definition mobile
TVE has acquired 16 cameras from Sony's HDC series, the highest range of the company's studio cameras, as well as two high-definition Super Motion cameras, which offer multiple possibilities for slow motion reproductions.
TVE has once again opted for Sony HDC cameras for the migration of its second mobile unit from standard definition to HD. To carry out the remodeling of this unit, TVE has acquired 16 cameras from Sony's HDC series, the highest range of the company's studio cameras, as well as two high-definition Super Motion cameras, which offer multiple possibilities for slow motion reproductions.
The HDC family of studio cameras provides high operational flexibility and quality in any type of production, whether live, outdoors or on set. Ten of the cameras acquired correspond to the HDC-1450R model, with triaxial output, in addition to another six units of the HDC-1400R model, with fiber optic output. Both models offer interlaced and progressive format selection possibilities, simultaneous outputs in HD and SD, providing high performance to your mobile units or sets.
As for the Super Motion cameras for slow motion replays, TVE has acquired two units of the HDC-3300R model, a camera capable of capturing high definition images at triple the speed (150 fields per second), with high image quality even in low light conditions, thanks to the use of its latest technology CCD sensors and a signal-to-noise ratio of 56 dB.
