Almodóvar's fifth Golden Globe nomination
'Broken Embraces', nominated for the Golden Globes for best foreign film. It is the fifth nomination for the prestigious awards of the Spanish Pedro Almodóvar.
After winning the Golden Globe with All about my mother (best foreign film) and talk to her (best original screenplay), Pedro Almodóvar tries his luck again with The broken hugs.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has nominated the film by the filmmaker from La Mancha, after having nominated in previous editions Return (2006), talk to her (2002), All about my mother (1999) y Women on the verge of a nervous breakdown (1988).
