WTvision provides spectacular graphics at the African Cup of Nations
For the third time, WTvision provides all the on-air graphics for the African Cup of Nations, which is being held from yesterday until the end of the month in Angola.
WTvision, the Portuguese subsidiary of Mediapro, will be in charge of supplying a complete on-air graphics service for the television coverage of the African Cup of Nations that began yesterday in Angola and will end on the 31st.
WTvision together with other Mediapro companies are present in Angola with all the technical resources to ensure the transmission of the event. They also provide virtual graphics in all matches, including the virtual offside line, nine-metre area, distance to goal and ball speed, relying on Deltacast technology.
After Mali in 2002 and Egypt in 2006, WTvision is once again responsible for all on-air 3D graphics having deployed to Angola a team of operators with experience in the four cities where the games will take place: Luanda, Cabinda, Benguela and Lubango.
