Following in the steps of the intuitive concept of Riedel of monitors integrated in the panel itself, the new 1100 series includes OLED benefits in the latest generation color. Riedel has also revealed has revealed in this year's NAB of this year the new embeddor and software based on the Mediornet in addition to the Multi-i Mediornet panel and the video optical card.

Riedel Communications has revealed in NAB the artist 1100 OLED control panel for the Digital Artist system. Following in the steps of the intuitive concept of Riedel of monitors integrated in the panel itself, the 1100 series includes OLED benefits in the latest generation color. With 65,000 colors and a resolution of 140 DPI, these new panels provide excellent readability and are able to show up to eight highly detailed characters of up to 24 × 24 pixels.

The panel includes individual rotary encoders to adjust the listening level of each channel. In addition, the 1100 series control panels provide dedicated function buttons, a powerful speaker incorporated with improved audio quality and at a higher volume, along with an XLR and micro headphones connector. It includes three GPIS and three standard GPOs for a program that covers the entire system. Two audio level entry and output equipment is also included as standard, while a slot for future modules leaves the control panel prepared for any future development.
The panel also includes BNC and 5 standard connectors for a comprehensive digital connection in the Matrix via AES. The second AES signal audio channel allows the transport panel with an emission quality in addition to the intercom application, a perfect benefit for commentator positions.

MediorNet

Riedel Communications has revealed in this year's NAB of this year the new embeddor and mouth based on software for the Mediornet as well as for the Mediornet Multi-I panel and the video optical card.

The new embeddor and mouth expands the mediornet software conversion and signal processing benefits. The new Embebebe tool, decreases and considers any AES3/EBU signal as well as other data formats, such as camera data control. Like other Mediornet benefits, such as Frame synchronizer, test pattern generator or text and graphics insert, this provision eliminates the need for any additional equipment or tool, resulting in a more compact and profitable solution.

For its part, the new MN-MBR Multi-i control panel provides eight AES and eight four-cable analogous connectors on CAT-5. Twelve Gpios and four serial ports via connectors D9-Clavija complete the interface capacity of the device. All signals are distributed intelligently by the Mediornet installation. The 19 ”RU panel is connected to the Mediornet frame by means of two 44 sub-d plugs and to the Mn-Mio Multiple I/O card card, which only occupies a low speed port of the Mediornet process unit. The control panel also works with the multi-i card without the need for external electric supply. As for the MN-HD4I-O cards MNHD4O-O, provide four inputs or outputs with SFP optical connectors for four HD/ SD-SDI/ Thus or two video sources.

Routing control system

Riedel's routing control software (CRS) provides a universal XML interface so that third -party routing control systems can control the Riedel Artist intercom systems. Now, presented in NAB 2010, version 2.0 includes a set of XML commands that allows even more artist integration and an external control system.
