BTR-80N, the new Telex intercom with DSP processing

Telex RadioCom has presented to the market its new intercom system for the UHF band between 482 and 698 MHz that has DSP processing, output power in the selectable transmitting unit, radio frequency measurement display and remote battery indicators.

Telex RadioCom has presented its new intercom system for the UHF band to the market. Based on the BTR-800 platform, the BTR-80N system provides 25 kHz with band modulation and an agile frequency system that allows more users per channel to be included in the UHF spectrum from 482 to 698 MHz (with assignable frequencies according to the standards of each country).

Each rackable base unit can be configured for up to four full duplex wireless transmitter units. Wireless transmitters include the TR-80 and TR-82N bodypacks.

The most notable thing about this system is that it has DSP processing, selectable output power on the transmitter unit, adjustable control on the receiver, radio frequency measurement display, remote battery indicators, and wireless talk-around (WTA) and Stage Announce (SA) functions.
