LaSexta and Unidad Editorial promote Marca Tv
After its historic paper version and its sports radio formula model, Marca Tv will now be born. This was announced this Thursday in El Escorial by the CEO of LaSexta, José Miguel Contreras, who announced the launch of this sports channel that emerged as a result of the association with Unidad Editorial.

This was announced this Thursday in El Escorial by the CEO of LaSexta, José Miguel Contreras, who announced the launch of this sports channel that emerged as a result of the association with Unidad Editorial.
Marca Tv will base its programming on sports information and broadcasting of major events, and will be launched starting in September coinciding with the Basketball World Cup.
The new channel will be supervised by the director of LaSexta, and great sports expert, Antonio García Ferreras, and the director of the Marca newspaper, Eduardo Inda.
Contreras also commented in these summer courses that his channel will have two new signals, one of them will be rented as a pay channel and the other will broadcast free-to-air starting next October and will be aimed “at an audience not yet covered in Spain, with very original programming.
Regarding the possible merger with Antena 3, he acknowledged that talks continue, although closing an operation would in no case be imminent even if both parties continue to make efforts to unite interests.
