Matrox MXO2 Mini para Avid Media Composer 5.5

Matrox MXO2 Mini with the MAX H.264 Encoding Accelerator option allows Mac users to work with direct H.264 files for the web, iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices, directly from Media Composer at speeds up to five times faster.

Matrox just announced support for update 5.5 of Avid Media Composer.

This lightweight external enclosure is ideal for file-based workflows whether in post-production, studio, field or mobile units. Provides HDMI output (turn the user's HDMI display into a professional monitor with unique color calibration tools), analog components, S-Video and composite with support for both desktop and laptop stations, on Mac and PC.

Users can also take advantage of the Matrox Vetura Capture application for quick and easy capture with Avid DNxHD material and other Avid-supported codecs. Media Composer V5.5 offers support for 720p and 1080p streams with Matrox MX02 Mini including the ability to select PsF or True P output in 1090p mode.

The version of Matrox MXO2 with the MAX H.264 encoding accelerator option allows Mac users to work with direct H.264 files for the web, iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices, directly from Media Composer at speeds up to five times faster than software-only solutions, without sacrificing quality.
