Publiespaña introduces virtual product placement in fiction series in Spain to its commercial offering with a pioneering experience in 'Hospital Central'. It is a common technique in sporting events and in series produced in countries such as the USA, Italy and the United Kingdom, consisting of digitally inserting the presence of a brand.

An exterior billboard advertising an outstanding musical that is currently being performed in a theater on Madrid's Gran Vía constitutes the first of the virtual product placements of national fiction carried out by Publiespaña in the Telecinco series Hospital Central.

The exteriors of a sequence of the longest-running television series in our country recorded months ago have now served as a pioneering setting to introduce advertising for a current product through one of the most innovative commercial formats recently applied by the advertising concessionaire of the Mediaset España television channels. This has been possible after recent legislative changes in the Spanish law that regulates television advertising, which have opened new avenues of creativity and service to the company.

The technique, common in sporting events and in series produced in countries such as the USA, Italy and the United Kingdom, among others, consists of digitally inserting the presence of a brand in a space planned prior to recording and even in situations conceived during the development of the scripts.
