The popular American series CBS Blue Bloods It is being shot with RED One MX cameras and Angeniux Optimo lenses of 15-40, 28-76, 17-80 and 24-290mm zooms.

Each 45-minute episode that is shot in eight days has a significant technical deployment by the American digital cinematography solutions company Offhollywood.

At this time, almost all recording is done with Angenieux lenses ranging in speed from T2.2 to T2.8.

The 24-290mm Optimo lenses have quickly become a standard in certain types of filming as they allow you to work at the necessary breakneck speed without sacrificing quality.

Angenieux Optimo lenses were field tested before the start of production and compared to other optics. Production of Blue Bloods began with a full set of Optimo master primes and zooms, but the quality and flexibility of the Optimo lenses quickly stood out from the rest. The primes were thus changed for additional Optimos.
