El broadcaster público alemán ZDF ha empezado a filmar su primera producción original en 3D. El documental Höhenrausch – Unterwegs im steilen Fels (Euforia de altura – un viaje cruzando la roca empinada) follows mountaineers Alexander and Thomas Huber on an extremely difficult route crossing the Tyrolean Alps.
The brothers, known as the “Huber Buam” (“The Huber Boys”), have been gaining fame among the mountaineering community in the last ten years and have chosen this route on the stone slab found in the Loferer Alm region as a personal challenge that, for the moment, they have not managed to cross without falling.
ZDF is filming the entire preparation and commissioning process of the project. Next October, the documentary will be broadcast on the Internet in 3D and on television in traditional format.
