Once the incorporation information document has been approved, Secuoya will become the sixteenth company to join the MAB, a financing alternative for companies and diversification for investors.

The Incorporation Commission of the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) has sent to the Board of Directors of the MAB a favorable evaluation report on compliance with the requirements for incorporation of SECUOYA Grupo de Comunicación to the segment of expanding companies, once all the information presented by the company has been studied. The next listing of the company, the sixteenth company to join this market, will require final approval from the MAB Council.

Through its incorporation into the MAB, Secuoya's objective is to raise financing to access tenders for the outsourcing of private and public television services, to begin the next construction of the Ciudad de la Tele project (recently presented in Tres Cantos (Madrid)) and for the expansion of Wikono.
Founded in 2007, Secuoya is a young company present throughout the value chain of the Spanish audiovisual sector in which more than 450 professionals work. Since its creation, its turnover and EBITDA have doubled year after year thanks, among other aspects, to its outsourcing contracts and the success of its television production companies, especially Pulso TV, which is the company that has grown the most due to the very high success rate of its formats, and which has led it to lead the audiovisual content market.

Grupo Secuoya was born at a key moment in television characterized by a profound change in the business model. Of its more than 450 professionals, less than 10% belong to the structure, which gives it great flexibility to adapt to the needs of a changing market and new production models.

Although the company is present throughout the value chain, it has managed to control risk by avoiding investments in subsectors, such as cinema, theater and sports rights.

Between this year and 2012 Secuoya will compete for outsourcing contracts from both private and public chains.

TV City

With an investment of 11.6 million euros, the Ciudad de la Tele was born with the intention of establishing itself as the largest audiovisual production center in Spain with more than 20,000 meters spread over 10 television studios and other spaces created ex professo for the production, production and editing of television programs. The inauguration is scheduled for the third quarter of 2012.

The City of TV was born with a high occupancy rate due to the contract signed with one of the major fiction production companies, Boomerang, with which it has closed an exclusive agreement for the next 5 years. On the other hand, Endemol is also studying closing with Grupo Secuoya through its production company Diagonal. With these two agreements, 100% occupation of Ciudad de la TV would be closed.

The new center, which will be built in Tres Cantos (Madrid), breaks with the current production model characterized by the disaggregation of sets, in most cases adapted warehouses that lack the latest technologies, to bring together in one place everything necessary for the development of the audiovisual industry: sets, post-production production and production. The objective is to lead the television services segment by optimizing costs and guaranteeing production capacity.

The project promoted and financed entirely by the Secuoya Group represents an investment of 11.6 million euros and will generate the creation of more than 500 jobs, both direct and indirect.

Hand

Among the projects that Grupo Secuoya will finance through its next appearance at the MAB is also Wikono, the first professional services franchise for television. Wikono is specialized in managing ENG coverage through a website with quick access to high-resolution images for broadcast by television channels. In its new stage it plans to complete coverage in all 50 provinces of the national territory.

Secuoya, through its companies, currently manages the branches of Antena 3, the audio and video post-production of this channel and the news and cameras of Telemadrid and the Balearic regional television and radio station IB3 (The IB3 production contract is the last one that Grupo Secuoya has won in February 2011 in outsourcing of services through CBM and will mean close to 30 M euros of income over the next 4 years, extendable for two more). He also produces for Euskal Telebista, Euskadi Directo, and the news programs of the municipal television of Granada. Through its subsidiary CBM, it provides technical services to important producers in the sector such as Magnolia, Big Bang, Cuarzo and Mandarina.

In 2010, Grupo Secuoya recorded revenues of 21 million euros, a gross operating result (EBITDA) of 2.5 million and a profit before taxes of 0.9 million. The group's objective is to double EBITDA in 2011, and multiply by four that of 2010 in 2012. Only the outsourcing contracts signed by Secuoya already guarantee 71% of the 2011 budget and 43% of 2012.
