Itelsis presents its new equipment in the DVB-T2 and ISDB-Tb standards
Itelsis has presented the new designs of transmitters and gapfillers with echo cancellers corresponding to the ISDB-Tb and DVB-T2 standards.
Itself
, a Spanish company consolidated worldwide in digital terrestrial television deployments, has presented within the framework of IBC 2011 the new designs of transmitters and gapfillers with echo cancellers corresponding to the ISDB-Tb and DVB-T2 standards.
In this way, the equipment of the ATVD2 series (25W-1KW) in medium power and corresponding to the MRTVD series (0.2W-10W) multichannel solution in low power are updated in the new standards.
At the same time, tests on them are being carried out in the main broadcasters involved worldwide.
These new additions join the equipment available to date in which they are characterized by being multi-standard (DVB-T/H, DVB-T2 and ISDB-Tb), configurable as a transmitter or gap-filler (with high-performance echo canceller with double cancellation window to combat multipath), incorporation of digital precorrection, remote management (SNMP and web server), and N+1 or N+2 redundancies
These devices, with a compact design that take up minimal space, work in both SFN and MFN networks with highly optimized consumption.
