Egatel solutions with maximum efficiency at any power
Among the novelties that Egatel will show at its stand at Broadcast IT 2011, the high-power liquid-cooled UHF transmitters (TLE6800 Series) and the new medium-power digital transmitters stand out.
Among the novelties that Egatel will show at its stand at Broadcast IT 2011 (3C17), highlighting the high-power liquid-cooled UHF transmitters (TLE6800 Series) and the new medium-power digital transmitters equipped with the most advanced adaptive digital pre-correction system, highlighting the TE9122 model (1.2 KWrms DVB-T/H, ISDB-T/TB – 1.8 KWrms ATSC).
Among the products on display will be the range of micro equipment in its different versions; transmitters, re-emitters, gap-fillers and regenerative re-emitters. A versatile, evolved and ultra-compact product, the result of our company's extensive experience in this field and that, based on a design scheme oriented towards multi-channel configurations, allows obtaining economically affordable equipment for massive deployments but that at the same time provides the appropriate degree of technology and professional design to offer its best long-term virtues, such as an extremely long useful life with practically no worry about maintenance costs or being able to face future changes derived from the rearrangement of the spectrum with complete guarantee.
In high power, Egatel will show its TE9000 series transmitters that combine an exciter and advanced functionalities such as adaptive digital precorrection, with amplifier stages built from the new high power density LDMOS transistors.

Going up the power scale we will find the TE9000 series transmitters; These devices combine a state-of-the-art exciter in broadcast technology, incorporating functionalities such as adaptive digital precorrection, with amplifier stages built from the new high power density LDMOS transistors. The result is a compact, extremely reliable product, with the best performance in terms of quality parameters of the transmitted signal and energy efficiency. Excellence from any point of view.
Among the new features, the new family of TLE6800 series liquid-cooled transmitters stands out, characterized by its flexibility in terms of configurations and simple installation and maintenance. Its design is completely modular and the equipment that comprises it is easy to remove and replace, thus facilitating its replacement. Thanks to its liquid cooling system, it is possible to dissipate heat in a more efficient and quiet way. The high power density technology used in the amplifiers provides very high performance, significantly minimizing energy consumption and therefore operating costs.
The CCU9000 control unit deserves a separate chapter, capable of managing all types of SD, DD, 1+1 or N+1 redundancy configurations, even with equipment from other manufacturers. Its high-resolution TFT screen and a powerful Webserver option allow for high-quality local and remote monitoring for the operator. A versatile device with practically unlimited set-up possibilities so that any operator can configure complete monitoring of the sending center, redundancy management and alarm management to suit them; maintaining or increasing service levels in an environment with an increasing number of broadcast channels.
