Roger Beck, new Chief Technology Officer of Bright Technologies

Roger Beck, until now manager of the Technical Services Group at Bright Technologies, has become the new head of Technology for the company based in Reno (USA).

Bright Technologies has announced the appointment of Roger Beck as the new Chief Technology Officer of this American firm. In his new position, he will collaborate with the company's management to define and develop strategies that support the company's growth policy. Beck, who until now held the position of manager of the Technical Services Group, will continue to closely monitor technological developments and industry trends, using his technical acumen to discover, evaluate and develop new concepts and products that strengthen the company's competitive advantage.

Likewise, he will also be in charge of establishing technical standards and ensuring the monitoring of the development of new products for accession, and will be responsible for the management of the company's technical committees, the hiring and management of TSG personnel, as well as their preparation and motivation in general. Additional duties will include prioritizing technology initiatives to achieve the company's current and future business objectives, as well as supervising sales activities and contacting key customers regarding technical issues in the pre-sales process.
