ADDI Telecom, full of news for Broadcast 2011
ADDI Telecom attends Broadcast IT 2011 with USB and USB+Radiofrequency remote controls; the Remote Control USB+RF device, and the new software version for Teleprompter version LE 2.0.
The main novelties with which ADDi Telecom (3E08) attends this edition of the International Professional Exhibition of Audiovisual Technology, Broadcast, are the USB and USB+Radiofrequency remote controls; the Remote Control USB+RF device, and the new software version for Teleprompter version LE 2.0.
The USB and USB+Radio Frequency Remote Controls interact with the various TVPrompt software, all proprietary to the ADDITelecom company. Using this device you can control the speed of the text and select, with the forward-backward procedure, which news is shown at any given time. These are automatically detected by Windows when connecting it to any USB port on the computer, which avoids having to install drivers. In addition to controlling the direction of the text and its speed, the end user can choose, through two micro-switches, the direction of the text and also the operation of the “previous news” or “next news” buttons. All of this is designed so that both left- and right-handed people can work on the device naturally.
On the other hand, the Remote Control USB+RF device works in two ways. If it is not connected via a USB cable to the PC, the information is transmitted via RF. It incorporates a rechargeable battery as power. If connected to USB the RF is automatically disconnected and becomes a wired device. Likewise, the battery, if it is discharged, is automatically charged through the same USB connector, so there is no need to remove the battery at any time.
Finally, the new version of Software for Teleprompter, Version LE 2.0. , supports up to 2 simultaneous remote controls, real-time language switching, extended or cloned monitor configuration, and choice of TV studio mode or conference mode.
