JVC DT-3D24G1 Analysis Monitor for 3D Signal Analysis
The new DT-3D24G1 monitor offers advanced measurement to confirm that the left and right images have been properly aligned.
JVC now has a new 24-inch monitor intended for signal analysis in stereoscopic environments. The new DT-3D24G1U LCD is the latest addition to JVC's Vérité G line and will support virtually any 3D camera configuration, with advanced measurement tools to confirm that the left and right images have been properly aligned.
Compatible with side-by-side and line-by-line formats, the DT-3D24G1 offers a number of tools for controlling 3D signals, including a 3D cursor that allows you to adjust binocular disparity to optimize 3D effects. Other features include the use of 3D metering markers for the left and right channels, left/right split for fine tuning of signals, iris control and white balance, as well as sequential display to allow viewing of images without the need for 3D glasses. In addition, a left/right signal exchange allows users to check whether the cables from the cameras to the monitor are properly connected.
Beyond 3D features, the DT-3D24G1 is equipped with many professional features found in JVC's Vérité G series. The LCD panel offers a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels with 10 bits of digital processing and dual-link 3G and HD-SDI inputs. Its dual-mode waveform base and vectorscope provide an easy way to check and control input signals from both channels for camera adjustment. The monitor also offers several gamma selection options, displays up to 12 channels of audio measurement, supports LTC/VITC timecode, and offers on-screen timecode display that can show the code difference between the two inputs.
