Michael Bornak, new CFO of SeaChange

In addition to CFO, Bornak will also serve as treasurer, secretary and senior VP of Finance and Administration of the company specialized in video on demand.

Starting today, Michael Bornak will be the new CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of SeaChange International, proveedor de tecnologías de video on demand y de contenidos para clientes como Comcast, Virgin Media, AT&T y Dish Network.

In addition to CFO, Bornak will also serve as the company's treasurer, secretary and senior VP of Finance and Administration. Based at SeaChange's headquarters in Acton, Massachusetts, Bornak comes from Tollgrade Communications, a Pennsylvania public company sold to private equity in May 2011.

Bornak was Tollgrade's CFO and treasurer since 2009, playing an instrumental role in returning the company to profitability in 2010 and 2011 after years of losses.
