Russian TotalVideo will use Seachange for its OTT services

TotalVideo desarrollará un nuevo servicio utilizando la plataforma PanoramiC de SeaChange, y tiene previsto ofrecer esta nueva plataforma de vídeo a los proveedores de servicios de toda Rusia y Europa del Este.

El proveedor de soluciones de vídeo SeaChange International y el operador de vídeo con sede en Rusia TotalVideo han llegado a un acuerdo para desarrollar una plataforma híbrida OTT/DVB/IPTV multioperador y multiarrendatario que permitirá a los proveedores de vídeo y cable de Rusia ofrecer servicios multipantalla a sus abonados.

TotalVideo desarrollará así su nuevo servicio utilizando la plataforma PanoramiC de SeaChange, and plans to offer this new video platform to service providers throughout Russia and Eastern Europe. The service platform will provide advanced live, linear and on-demand content viewing capabilities on a wide variety of devices, both fixed and mobile.

Mikhail Silin, CEO of TotalVideo, comments that "with SeaChange, TotalVideo has the scalable foundation to serve our customers in the most complete and effective way possible. The PanoramiC platform is a cloud-based video management and distribution platform, combining components of SeaChange cFlow's video management and monetization portfolio with elements of complementary streaming solutions from leading providers Ateme, ATES Networks, Broadpeak and CastLabs. The scalable platform solution enables providers to quickly and cost-effectively deploy personalized video services across multiple screens and devices, while delivering a consistent user experience across all their devices.
