NBC Olympics selected Leyard for the deployment of several ultra-fine pitch LED video walls for the production of the XXIII Winter Olympic Games, which will take place in PyeongChang, South Korea, from February 9 to 25, 2018.

Michael Sheehan, Coordinating Director at NBC Olympics, acknowledges that "we are incredibly excited about Leyard's technology to use in our coverage of the PyeongChang Games. As was the case with our coverage of the Rio Games, Leyard's LED screens will help us take our world-class scenic design to the next level, both visually and artistically."

For his part, Adam Schmidt, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Leyard International, was delighted that NBC chose Leyard. “Our video walls will provide a stunning, dynamic visual environment for NBC coverage.”
