The DPA D:fine microphone, now, with attachment to both ears
The new fixation on both ears for the popular DPA D:Fine microphone, both for the omnidirectional and cardioid models, ensures maximum support in any circumstance.
DPA has introduced a major two-ear attachment option for the popular DPA D:Fine microphone for both omnidirectional and cardioid models.
This microphone is designed to obtain maximum performance in the most rigorous movement situations.
Jarrod Renaud, head of sales and marketing at DPA, commented that this microphone was very well received "as a hands-free condenser microphone that could provide exceptional sound quality in the most demanding acoustic environments with easy, comfortable and secure placement on a single ear. With the innovation of the two-ear fixation, which will be available in three sizes to adapt to all head types, users will be able to fully trust that the D:Fine will not move under any movement circumstances."
While the capsule guarantees pickup quality with a frequency response range of 20 Hz to 20kHz ± 2dB and an SPL of 144dB, the double ear fixation ensures that the microphone will remain in place. In addition, the independent wiring system of the fixation allows easy and low-cost replacement. All D:Fine models can be supplied in beige, brown and black, and in lime color with ultra-thin shaft for very low visibility.
