Flexibility and performance in the new Sony DWZ wireless microphone series

Sony's new wireless microphone series combines ease of use, superb RF transmission reliability and high sound quality in four affordable and highly flexible packages.

Thinking about small and medium-sized wireless audio applications that aim to combine sound quality, stable transmission, performance and durability, Sony will launch its DWZ wireless microphone series at the end of this year.

The new packages are distinguished by their elegant design and contemporary appearance, highlighted by a yellow band on each of the products, a unique identifying feature. The DWZ Series includes: DWZ-B30GB Digital Wireless Guitar Microphone Set, DWZ-B70HL Digital Wireless Lavalier Microphone and Headset Set, DWZ-M50 Digital Wireless Vocal Microphone Set, and DWZ-M70 Digital Wireless Speech/Vocal Microphone Set.

Series DWZ

  • 24-bit linear PCM digital audio transmission
  • Two 2.4 GHz frequency selection modes (wide band frequency hopping achieving simple operation or narrow frequency band hopping for coordinated spectrum use)
  • Rack-mount receivers with integrated color LCD display and built-in digital equalizer
  • Interchangeable handheld capsule design compatible with Sony or other brands of microphone capsules
  • Balanced and unbalanced audio outputs
