Grupo Ganga and the Tracor Institute are launching a project that aims to change the access model for new television professionals.

Ganga Group and the Institute Tracor of the Communication Arts have agreed to unite their names, experiences, resources and efforts in order to start a training project in accordance with the needs of the industry in Spain, creating the Cuéntame School of Television Production.

The name of the school is a tribute to the veteran fiction of Spanish television, the most awarded series in the history of national audiovisuals, which has been broadcast since 2001 with an average audience of about five million and which, at the moment, is recording what will be the fourteenth season of the series on the production company's sets in Madrid.

The Cuéntame School begins its journey by calling for the first time a “Professional Master in Direction and Production of Fiction for Television”. It is the first time that the practical part of a master's degree is integrated into the heart of primetime production.

“A unique project has been born, completely different, nothing like it has ever been done,” says José Antonio Puente, president of Tracor. And the fact is that “Students will have the opportunity to learn about real activity, to learn from professionals who will share their daily work with them, and who will involve them in their work,” comments María Isabel Abradelo, vice dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Communication Sciences at the CEU San Pablo University, referring to the strong real practice component of the master's degree.

The study program is aimed at young aspiring and new professionals in the television medium who want to develop a professional career, creating, producing and directing content with the aim of building entertainment programs and great series. To be admitted to the master's degree, a demonstration of talent is required and creativity is valued above any degree.

In the master's degree, taught and directed by Tracor, with the endorsement of the CEU San Pablo University, students will experience the day-to-day life of production up close and will also have the opportunity to propose their own project for their development, always with the help of their academic tutors and with the help of the Ganga Group professionals. It requires a total workload of 1,750 hours, more than 40% of them in internships on the production company's sets, because, as Miguel Angel Bernardeau, president of the Ganga Producciones Group, points out, "this profession is not studied in books, it is learned in recordings, solving real everyday problems."
