Your Marine automation system is now supported by solutions from Vizrt, Miranda, Chyron, Pixelpower, Orad and RT Software.

Pebble Beach Systems will show at IBC new developments that will increase the capabilities of its solutions. For example, the renewed 64-bit automation system, Marina, will be shown running for the first time with 'Dynamic Channel Brander'.

It is noteworthy that several graphics solution providers have implemented their API and are now able to detect last-minute programming changes, simplifying the workflows necessary to support complex graphics.

The power and flexibility offered by Dynamic Channel Brander safeguards the integrity of channel graphic information for broadcasters who continually have to work with last-minute changes. Just before a chart goes live, the Dynamic Channel Brander tool has the ability to extract the dynamic data feed from multiple playlists at the same time, extracting the majority of the available information. Configurable templates along with last-minute changes can be displayed at any time without the need to manually generate new charts.

Marina is now supported by solutions from Vizrt, Miranda, Chyron, Pixelpower, Orad and RT Software.

On the other hand, support for the EVS range of servers and architectures, the control of Omneon servers using the new 64 bit Omneon Player API, and the integration of web services API with Avid's Interplay MAM, are other advantages it offers. Marine.

Marina will be showcased at IBC along with its Dolphin channel-in-a-boc solution. This flexible integration thus supports the growing range of file formats and compression, with the possibility of mixing these formats in the same timeline.

At IBC, Pebble Beach will demonstrate how Dolphin's pluggable architecture provides end-user access to a wide range of third-party graphics and captioning options to meet the needs of different channel types. Taking into account the demands of static channels where graphics are predefined and closed well in advance of the broadcast, as well as live broadcast channels where graphics have to be created “on the fly”, Dolphin integrates with graphics tools to satisfy all levels of complexity, even with 3D effects. Pebble Beach will announce some major advancements in both effects capabilities and preview functions with Dolphin in Amsterdam.
