TV Anhanguera bets on Pebble to achieve deep and transversal automation

The solutions Pebble Automation, Pebble Integrated Channel and Pebble Remote are in charge of orchestrating the master control of Brazilian television TV Anhanguera.

TV Anhanguera, based in Goiânia, capital of the Brazilian state of Goiás, is part of the Grupo Jaime Câmara media conglomerate, which operates 11 television channels affiliated with TV Globo. Facing the end of the useful life of your servers legacy, TV Anhanguera commissioned the local systems integrator Videodata to find and provide a solution for automate custom playout of multiple individual stations from your central facilities. After delving deeper into the market, television ended up deciding on several Pebble, since they would provide the necessary flexibility and redundancy: The main playlist is fully duplicated and the seven main channels are protected by three backup channels.

The distributed architecture of the platform Pebble Automation, built around a powerful centralized ingestion, content management and multichannel solution, allows TV Anhanguera to make the resources and content. In parallel, the software-defined solution Pebble Integrated Channel offers the ability to signals processing and all the functionality necessary to customize the channels with multiple content formats, complex graphics and live embeds. Finally, the tool Pebble Remote makes TV Anhanguera operators able to monitor, manage and control securely your channels from inside or outside the normal broadcast environment.
