The Film Academy honors five professionals
For their career dedicated to cinematography, the institution pays a well-deserved tribute to Paco Calonge, Claudio Ianni, Ramón Martos, Carlos Miguel and Ramón Moya.
A prop artist, an orchestra director and orchestrator, a laboratory director, a machinist and a set builder received industry recognition this Tuesday in the tribute that, for the third consecutive year, the Film Academy pays to professionals.
Supported by family, friends and colleagues, these five technicians received from the president and second vice president of the institution, Judith Colell, an award for their "valuable and silent" contribution "which, of course, does not go unnoticed by the great family of cinema. And cinema is not only watched, it is made, it is lived, as these five professionals - of whom a video was shown - know very well, although what each of you would deserve is a feature film," he pointed out. González Macho.
A good atmosphere and camaraderie prevailed at the ceremony, which provoked numerous applause from those present and tears from those who took the stage.
