Front Porch Digital appoints Mark Pougnet as CFO

Pougnet has thirty years of experience in the financial and technology sectors, and will report directly to the company's CEO, Mike Knaisch.

Front Porch Digital has appointed Mark Pougnet as its new chief financial officer. Pougnet will be responsible for overseeing the business operations and finances of this growing company.

Mike Knaisch, president and CEO of Front Porch Digital, highlighted that "Mark's experience with fast-growing international technology companies and his experience with SaaS storage applications make him a perfect fit for Front Porch Digital. Our cloud-based platform LYNX has meant an intense policy of new product development, putting us on the path for continued and rapid growth. Mark is exactly the type of CFO we need to take us down that path."

Pougnet has three decades of experience in the financial and technology sector, where he held different executive positions. He has a Master's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Natal, in South Africa. For the last four years he worked at Tendril Networks, as Finance Director and then as CEO.

Pougnet will be based in Louisville, Colorado, and will report directly to CEO Mike Knaisch.
